Society Registration Certificate
Original registration certificate issued by the Registrar of Societies, Gorakhpur under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 confirming legal existence.
PAN Card — Organisation
Permanent Account Number card issued by the Income Tax Department of India. Used for all financial transactions, tax filings, and donor receipts.
Section 12A — Income Tax Exemption Certificate
Certificate under Section 12A of the IT Act, 1961. All income received by PANWS is tax-exempt. Issued by Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Lucknow.
Section 80G — Donor Tax Deduction Certificate
80G certificate entitling all donors to claim 50% income tax deduction on their donations to PANWS, subject to 10% of adjusted gross total income ceiling.
NGO Darpan — NITI Aayog Unique ID
Registered on the NITI Aayog NGO Darpan portal — India's national platform for NGO transparency. Mandatory for government grants and CSR funding.

Complete audited financial statements including income & expenditure account, balance sheet, receipts & payments, and CA certification for FY 2023–24.

The founding document of PANWS containing the name, registered address, objects and purposes, rules, regulations, and governance structure of the society.
ITR-7 Return — AY 2024–25
Annual Income Tax Return (ITR-7) filed with the Income Tax Department for Assessment Year 2024–25. Acknowledgement number and filing date confirmed.

Comprehensive report of all programmes, outreach events, beneficiaries served, volunteers engaged, and funds utilised during the financial year 2023–24.
